Yellow Iron Mechanic/PM Mechanic

About the Role

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading environmental oilfield waste management provider. We are currently looking to add a Heavy Equipment PM Mechanic to our team at the Antelope Draw Facility near Jal, NM. This is a Day Shift position, Monday through Friday, with occasional Weekends. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Diesel Trucks and Heavy Equipment/Yellow Iron.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
• Use onboard computer systems to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Complete work orders and documentation using our fleet maintenance software.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site service calls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on Mechanic experience, preferably on Heavy Equipment/Yellow Iron.
• Must have your own tools.
• Basic computer skills for Diagnostics and Documentation.
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.

Pay & Schedule

• $24–$28/hr. ($87,000 – $102,000 based on experience + overtime).
• Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends.
• 55–60 hour weeks.
• Day Shift.
