About the role
HoneyBaked is hiring for part-time, seasonal, or new gig opportunities. Schedules are designed to fit around school, family, and other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Aid in answering phones, catering, in-store lunch, and retail ham and turkey inquiries.
- Prepare food items, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
- Showcase superior product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Promote additional sales through suggestion selling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to merchandising standards.
- Be proactive and productive during shifts, taking responsibility for tasks within one's control.
- Follow all company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- Bring relevant experience from restaurants, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotels.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Product knowledge and ability to articulate product features and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job duties, including working with hot torches, bending, stooping, standing, twisting, and lifting products and supplies.

Pay
Year-round associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sunday.
