About the role
HoneyBaked is hiring for part-time, seasonal, or new gig opportunities. Schedules are designed to fit around school, family, and other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch, and retail customers.
- Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
- Help prepare food, including lunch, catering, and retail hams and turkeys.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge and suggest additional items.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Take initiative and remain productive throughout shifts.
- Follow all company processes and procedures.
- Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Requirements
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
- Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus.
Qualifications
- Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job duties, including working with hot torches.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, and lift products and supplies.
- Ham production associates may need to lift up to 65 pounds.

Pay
Year-round associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
We are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and are closed on Sunday.
