Year Round Associate - California Stores

About the role

HoneyBaked is hiring for a part-time or seasonal position. Schedules are designed to fit around school, family, and other commitments. Stores are open Monday-Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Aid in answering phones, catering, in-store lunch, and retail ham and turkey inquiries.
• Prepare food items, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Provide superior product knowledge and suggest additional products.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store.
• Work efficiently and responsibly throughout the shift.
• Follow all company processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job duties, including working with hot torches.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, and lift products and supplies.
• Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.

Pay

Year-round associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Truly flexible schedules, including being closed on Sundays.
