Role Description/Criteria
We seek a passionate, collaborative, inspiring and innovative teacher with a strong work ethic to work at Holy Rosary School. We have a 6 month contract position commencing in Term 3, 2026. Days of work are Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesdays.

The Successful Applicant Should Have The Knowledge And Skills To:
- Create engaging, challenging and innovative learning aligned with MACS Vision for Instruction using evidence based practices that support diverse needs and improved student learning outcomes
- Work collaboratively with a Year 5/6 teaching partner
- Support and implement the practices of MACS Vision for Engagement, including PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning)
- Nurture the faith of our students and integrate and promote engagement in the religious life of the school
- Participate and initiate ways to engage with the community, and to extend and celebrate student learning within and beyond the classroom
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues that contribute to positive workplace relationships
- Reflect on personal and team practice, and contribute to the professional growth of self and others
Special Requirements
- Have an understanding of the ethos and traditions of the Catholic church
- Be VIT registered
- Be accredited to teach RE or committed to achieving this accreditation
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Commit to Holy Rosary School's Child Safe policies and the Code of Conduct
