What You’ll Do

• Greeting customers and assisting with loading materials
• Accurately pulling, staging, and preparing materials for pickup or delivery
• Operating equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
• Safeguarding all company safety policies and procedures
• Supporting general yard and warehouse operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or team-based environment
• Forklift experience required
• Familiarity with building materials preferred
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

Work Environment

• Based in an active warehouse and outdoor yard setting
• The role involves frequent physical activity including lifting (including overhead), walking, bending, standing, and carrying materials
• Employees should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
