About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating yard equipment to ensure property grounds are kept in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping and groundskeeping areas
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other yard equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Assist with snow removal and ice management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field
- Experience operating lawn care equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Skills
- Proficient in using lawn care equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
