Yard Technician

About the role

Responsible for maneuvering customer boats around the lot and out of the shop as needed by technicians or customers, in a timely manner.

• Maintain forklifts and trucks by frequent cleaning, checking fluid levels and air filters, and making sure propane and gas tanks are full.
• Keep shop area clean, organized, and swept.
• General cleanup of customer boats after their service is complete.
• Occasional full boat detail.
• Shrink wrapping boats.
• Assist technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean history.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Pay

$37,000 – $40,000 annually, based on experience.
