Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms.

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss equipment performance, maintenance needs, and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and aerial lifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational training program in equipment operation is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
