About the role
Join our dynamic team of professionals at RENT. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Branch Operations team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing equipment rentals, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate equipment rentals and deliveries
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in equipment management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
