Yard Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with local contractors and customers to schedule and manage equipment rentals.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and hydraulic components.
• Experience with equipment such as ride-on mini skid steers, excavators, and aerial work platforms.
