Yard Spotter-1

Job Responsibilities

• Moves vehicles around the yard, ensuring they are properly positioned for loading and unloading.
• Checks vehicles and other equipment for safety and operational readiness.
• Safely and efficiently navigates vehicles and other equipment within the yard, avoiding congestion and maintaining an orderly environment.
• Provides clear directions to truck drivers and other team members and communicates any issues or changes in the plan.
• Adheres to all safety procedures and protocols and reports any unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Responsible for handling beverage alcohol products.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
• Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (a plus, but not required)

Physical Requirements

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach
• Frequently climb into and out of vehicle
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs
• Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device

• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available

Pay

$24.72/HR also includes Warehouse work

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 4:45 pm until 2:30/3:30 am
