We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, why work for H&K, essential duties, required skills, preferred skills, physical demands, work environment, company background, benefits (competitive salary commensurate with experience, 100% Company-paid Health Benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, additional training). Also mention "Competitive salary commensurate with experience" - that's a phrase we should not include as filler? It says "Competitive salary commensurate with experience" - that is not a specific number, but it's still a statement about pay. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we cannot create a Pay section if the only content is "Competitive salary commensurate with experience". However we could include that sentence within a Benefits section? But Benefits section also should only be included if posting actually states them. It does list benefits: 100% Company-paid Health Benefits, 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan, Tuition reimbursement programs available to qualifying employees for approved programs, Additional training opportunities including on the job, online through the H&K Academy, manufacturer offered training, and more. So we can have a Benefits section with those items. The "Competitive salary commensurate with experience" is filler; we should not create a Pay section. We could maybe include that sentence in a paragraph about compensation? But the instruction says do not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. For Benefits we have real content, so we can create Benefits section. For Pay we should not create a section because it's only generic phrase. We could possibly include that phrase in a paragraph under Benefits? But it's about salary, not benefits. Might be better to omit it entirely, as it's filler. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The phrase "Competitive salary commensurate with experience" is substantive? It's vague but still information about salary. However they specifically say not to create Pay section with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we should not create a Pay heading. But we could still include that sentence somewhere else, maybe in a paragraph under About the role? But that seems odd. Perhaps we can include a short paragraph under About the role that mentions compensation? However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we just omit that sentence as it's not specific enough. But that would be summarizing away detail. However they said "do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep it. But we cannot put it under a Pay heading because that's disallowed. Could we put it in a

without a heading? Yes, we can include a paragraph that mentions the competitive salary. The instruction only forbids creating Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It doesn't forbid mentioning salary in a paragraph elsewhere. So we can include a paragraph under About the role or maybe a general paragraph before sections. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Skills, Education, And Experience), Preferred Skills (Preferred Skills, Education, And Experience), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits. Also maybe a section "About the company" but not required. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not put Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement and Pre-employment drug testing etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also the repeated "100% Company-Paid Health Benefits!" at end is duplicate; we should keep only once. We need to preserve all substantive information: role description, why work for H&K (benefits), essential duties, required skills, preferred skills, physical demands, work environment, company background, benefits list. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We could also include a short paragraph about company background maybe under About the role or separate section "About the company". But not required. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could add a section "About the company" but that might be thin. However we have substantive content about company background; we could include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "About H&K Group, Inc." but that might be okay. The instruction didn't list "About the company" as example but we can still use

for any section heading. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but not exhaustive. So we could add a section "About the company". But we need to avoid filler. The company background is substantive. Let's add a section "About the company" after Benefits or before. But we need to keep order logical: maybe About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Skills, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits, About the company. But we already have About the role describing the job. The company background could be separate. Let's add:

About H&K Group, Inc.

Easton Block and Supply (EB&S) has been a proud member of H&K Group, Inc.’s (H&K’s) Building Materials segment since 1989. Established on property adjoining affiliate, Easton Quarry (formerly A.B.E. Materials - Easton), our state-of-the-art block plant utilizes raw materials from this facility to produce manufactured concrete block products of exceptional quality. H&K Group, Inc. provides complete heavy civil contracting and construction materials solutions with safety, speed, quality, efficiency, and value. Beginning as a small family business a half century ago, we are now a dynamic group of vertically integrated companies that has been growing and prospering for over 50 years.

We also have a paragraph about why work for H&K Group? Actually we already captured benefits; the "Why work for H&K Group, Inc.?" section includes the benefits list. We could incorporate that as part of Benefits section. Already we have Benefits. We also have a statement: "Thank you for your interest in employment with H&K Group, Inc. At H&K, we invest in our people, providing the essential training, instruction, and supervisory support that they need to develop and grow within our company. We acknowledge that H&K’s strength and success is directly related to our employees and the talents, dedication, and job performance they exemplify. We seek dynamic, motivated people who are driven to make a difference." That's also substantive but could be considered boilerplate? It's a generic corporate statement but still part of posting. Might be considered fluff but not boilerplate like EEO. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those. So we could keep it. Where to place? Maybe under About H&K Group, Inc. as a paragraph. We also have "We acknowledge that H&K’s strength and success is directly related to our employees..." etc. Could be included. We also have "H&K does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veterans’ status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are always looking for the best, most qualified people to join our team." That's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also "Pre-employment drug testing (EOE) Pre-employment Physical 100% Company-Paid Health Benefits!" is duplicate and boilerplate; remove. Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Skills, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits, About H&K Group, Inc. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Why work for H&K Group, Inc.?" bullet list we captured in Benefits. Also we captured the salary phrase in Benefits (though it's filler but we kept). Also we captured "Additional training opportunities including on the job, online through the H&K Academy, manufacturer offered
