Yard Laborer (DAY Shift)

Responsibilities
- General construction activities such as shoveling, lifting, and pulling.
- Perform traffic control, including guiding vehicles and equipment, placing signs, and cones for vehicle direction.
- Effective communication with drivers, employees, and management via handheld radios and CBs.
- Perform site clean-up and clean vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Drive employees to their workstations as needed.
- Fuel vehicles and equipment.
- Set up and secure wind fences and landfill coverings.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Perform other duties assigned by manager as necessary.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- One year of relevant labor experience is preferred.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment constantly exposed to variable weather conditions, temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
- Experience operating equipment is a plus.

Pay
USD $17.50/Hr.
