Yard Laborer
About the role
Lunda Construction Company, a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Group, offers a Non-Union Laborer position at its Rosemount, MN yard location. The company has been in business since 1938 and specializes in heavy highway, civil, and industrial general contracting.
Responsibilities
- Organize, sort, and clean construction materials
- Load and unload trucks for transfer to jobsites
- Maintenance of construction materials and equipment
- SUPPORT carpenter shop for production of formwork
- SUPPORT daily operations in the yard as needed
- Assist with deliveries to jobsites
Qualifications
- One (1) or more years Laborer experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Bridgework/construction experience is a plus
- Must be able to work in a team environment or independently
- Must be punctual and demonstrate regular attendance
- Able to continuously stand or walk
- Able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hour depending on experience.
