Yard Hostler

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers and equipment within the distribution yard.
• Position trailers at doors and support warehouse loading schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of trailers and equipment.
• Maintain accurate yard logs and communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and drivers.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and PPE protocols.

• Reliable night-shift availability.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
