Yard Driver

About the role

As a Local Yard Driver with Lazer Logistics, you will stay in one location for your entire shift. No traffic, no long routes, and no multiple stops. Instead, you focus on moving trailers within the yard in a safe, controlled environment. This is one of the most consistent and predictable jobs available. You know where you are going, what you are doing, and when your day starts and ends. Responsibilities

• Home daily with a consistent schedule
• Limited road driving or highway traffic
• No touch freight
• No customer deliveries or multi-stop routes
• Steady, repeatable work in one location
• Predictable hours and reliable pay

Pay

• $23.50 per hour starting pay
• $2.00 shift differential (dependent on hours)
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Weekly pay
• Referral bonus up to $2,000
