Requirements

• All candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• The role involves physical demands, including lifting up to 100 lbs, carrying objects, pushing/pulling, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and crawling.
• Must remain alert to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment and other vehicles operated in the work area.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail and a thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Must have a positive and upbeat demeanor to ensure every customer interaction is positive.
• Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Basic automotive repair skills or experience in the rental or construction area can be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and crawling.
• Ability to apply appropriate use of security, maintenance, and safety procedures to protect company and customer assets.
• Ability to follow appropriate industry-specific regulations related to the handling of hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance.
• Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related fields.
• Upbeat and positive attitude towards customer interactions.
