Support the Store Manager in executing key responsibilities to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable top-line sales growth.

  • Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience by understanding guest needs, leveraging product knowledge, and making emotional connections.
  • Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies, coaching selling behaviors, and optimizing the Guest Sales Leader role.
  • Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Best Guest communication, and Grass Roots Marketing.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Maintain store appearance by implementing company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Operational Experience:
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and creating actionable plans to ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Identify root causes of issues and help develop action plans to drive results.
  • Ensure clear, effective team communication to create understanding and alignment.
  • Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
  • Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities while adhering to company policies and Code of Ethics.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
