Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The Virginia base pay range for this position is from $13.45 to $16.81. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
