Department: Surgery

Schedule: Saturday / Sunday 6:45am - 3:15pm, 2 days during the week: 6:45am - 5:15pm. Some call and holidays required.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-fidelity diagnostic images through precise patient positioning and technical adjustments
• Ensure physicians have the clarity needed to make fast, accurate medical decisions
• Champion patient safety by strictly adhering to radiation protocols and "ALARA" principles
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical care
• Manage the patient experience during procedures by administering contrast media safely and monitoring well-being
• Ensure every individual feels supported and cared for during their scan
• Streamline the clinical workflow by accurately labeling and uploading imaging data to digital systems (PACS)
• All results are accessible to the broader care team without delay

What You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Radiology Technician obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Additional Preferences

• Surgery experience preferred
