Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Xfinity services and products including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Comcast products and services.
• Utilize sales skills to effectively upsell and maximize sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Execute sales closing techniques consistently and meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create tailored packages that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude during interactions with customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s public perception.
• Stay updated with current and emerging communication and entertainment technologies.
• Achieve overall performance goals for the organization.
• Work well with the team and maintain open communication.

Qualifications

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability with open availability for nights and weekends.
