Responsibilities

• Lead and coach structured team training sessions
• Implement skill-based lesson plans to develop athletes at various levels
• Provide expert instruction, ensuring safety and proper technique
• Mentor and motivate young gymnasts, fostering confidence and growth
• Communicate progress updates to students and parents
• Contribute to program development and team success

Qualifications

• History of coaching competitive gymnastics
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to create a positive and structured training environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physically able to spot athletes and stay active throughout coaching sessions
