About the Role

Supervises, assigns, coordinates, and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel based on their skill, experience, and job knowledge. Oversees and trains employees to improve the quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skills and productivity, and assists in developing training procedures. Translates broad strategies into practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to execute them. Ensures compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact on company performance. Supervises qualified trades staff and monitors job and budget performance across all shifts.

• Ensure compliance with technical job requirements (drawings, procedures, etc.).
• Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, and testing processes.
• Monitor job and budget performance for all shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Apprentice Certification OR
• High School Diploma and 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience OR
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical field and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade, and/or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reactor servicing experience.

Pay

Salary range: $92,000.00 to $117,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
