X-Ray Technician in Albany, NY (3 days per week)

About the Role

The IMA Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our team in Albany. This on-site position offers a daytime schedule and supports physicians by providing high-quality imaging services in a professional healthcare environment.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday).

Pay

$50-$55 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment while following all safety protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support medical evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with applicable certification/licensure.
• Completion of clinical externship training.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
