About the role
Precision Imaging Centers, Northeast Florida’s leader in outpatient imaging, is seeking Radiologic Technologists who are passionate about expanding their skills and growing into a new modality—specifically in Mammography or CT.
Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients, take medical histories, and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Perform venipuncture and administer contrast when needed
- Set technical parameters and evaluate images for diagnostic quality
- Support Mammography or CT technologists and assist radiologists with procedures such as arthrograms
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and restock rooms as needed
- Collaborate with teammates and assist other departments or modalities as needed
Requirements
- Current Florida license as a Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT(R) certification
- BLS certification (required)
- Venipuncture experience or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
Candidates hired for cross training in MRI, CT, or Mammography are expected to scan independently within three months. Certification in the cross-trained modality must be obtained within twelve months.
