X-Ray Tech - Medical Assistant
Job Summary
Seeking a Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BXMO Tech) who provides expertise and champions patient care. This role involves performing radiological and lab duties, handling and documenting patient records, processing specimens, maintaining equipment, inspecting artifacts, and coordinating with clinic staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences required.
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
- BMO - Basic X-Ray Machine Operator License in Florida.
- Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
- Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
- BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
- Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and office machines.
