Responsibilities
Performs various clinical duties in support of providers and Nursing staff including but limited to:
- Taking vital signs
- Collecting patient histories
- Collecting lab specimens
- Performing EKGs
- Applying splints, dressings, and bandages as directed
- Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms
- Greeting and checking patients in/out of the computer
- Auxiliary front desk duties such as patient interactions, lobby checks, and records release
- Maintaining records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent to other labs
- Conducting equipment and supply audits as scheduled
- Collaborating with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High School graduate as required by the state
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services
- Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in state of residency
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
- Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start
- Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion
Qualifications
