Responsibilities

Performs various clinical duties in support of providers and Nursing staff including but limited to:

  • Taking vital signs
  • Collecting patient histories
  • Collecting lab specimens
  • Performing EKGs
  • Applying splints, dressings, and bandages as directed
  • Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms
  • Greeting and checking patients in/out of the computer
  • Auxiliary front desk duties such as patient interactions, lobby checks, and records release
  • Maintaining records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent to other labs
  • Conducting equipment and supply audits as scheduled
  • Collaborating with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High School graduate as required by the state
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services
  • Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in state of residency
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
  • Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start
  • Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion

Qualifications

  • High School graduate as required by the state
