X-Ray Tech

About the Role

Seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technicians to perform diagnostic radiology procedures, operate imaging equipment, and assist with patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct x-ray tests, ensuring patient safety and proper technique
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, following safety protocols
• Document patient information, vital signs, and procedure details accurately
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under supervision
• Perform quality control checks and report equipment malfunctions
• Maintain current licensure and certifications
• Support front desk tasks such as patient check-in/out when needed
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Continually enhance radiology knowledge and skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus

Schedule

Full-time team members work rotating shifts, including weekends; PRN roles are on an as-needed basis.
