X-Ray Tech

About the role

Redefine Healthcare provides high‑quality, compassionate care across a range of specialties, including neurosurgery, interventional pain management, orthopedics, psychiatry, physical therapy, chiropractic, and now vascular medicine. The organization is seeking a dedicated, full‑time X‑Ray Technologist to join its expanding team at the Hamilton and Lawrenceville offices. The technologist will perform high‑quality imaging procedures, maintain radiology equipment, assist in daily operations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supplies and equipment are ready and available for scheduled procedures.
• Verify equipment is in proper working condition prior to imaging.
• Position/reposition equipment throughout procedures and process fluoroscopy images.
• Perform daily C‑arm cleaning and general maintenance.
• Maintain quality assurance for the Radiology Department, including daily warm‑up and inspection, phantom images, and quarterly QA testing/logs.
• Review, distribute, and collect radiation monitoring devices for all OR personnel monthly.
• Review radiation monitoring reports and distribute them monthly to personnel and the Administrator.
• Investigate any radiation exposures that exceed limits for monthly, quarterly, or yearly periods.
• Perform standard X‑ray imaging as ordered in‑house by providers.
• Complete other radiology‑related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.
• Appropriate state licensure.
• Proven experience working as an X‑ray technician.
• Working knowledge of radiographic equipment.
• Ability to move or lift patients.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Pay

$40‑43 per hour, depending on specialty and experience.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
