X-Ray Tech

This position is incentive eligible. New Hires may receive up to $1,500 sign-on bonus.

About the role

We are seeking a phenomenal Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) who is passionate about patient care and will provide expertise as a champion of our team. You will work closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
• Conduct quality control checks and audits on radiologic equipment.
• Perform drug screens, urinalysis, and other in-house lab tests, including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
• Maintain records and logs on activities, including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent to other labs.
• Ensure occupational clients’ preference cards are followed and occupational procedures are adhered to.
• Cross-train for front desk duties, including greeting patients, checking patients in/out, End of Day close-out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks, and records release.
• Work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations as required.
• Assist with general patient care when needed.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
• Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in Texas.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (beneficial).
• Ability to obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Office Laboratory Assistant License, if required by the state.
