X-Ray Field Service Engineer

About the role

X-Ray Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients in various locations. They diagnose and resolve issues related to X-ray equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair X-ray equipment issues
• Provide training and guidance to clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform maintenance and repairs
• Document all work performed and communicate findings to clients and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in X-ray equipment maintenance and repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of X-ray technology
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
