X-ray/Dexa Technologist (Part-Time)

About the role

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist/Dexa Technologist to join their energetic, patient-focused team. The position requires Dexa coverage and offers competitive benefits including a 401(k) company matching program.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities

Requirements

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program
• Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT
• Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
