Wynn Rewards Representative

About the role

The Wynn Rewards desk is responsible for the issuance of Wynn Rewards cards and the maintenance of the loyalty program. Wynn Rewards representatives assist guests in redeeming player benefits for Wynn restaurant compensations.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new members to the Wynn Rewards program
• Administer complimentary benefits and provide exceptional service to guests
• Margin assigned zones on the casino floor and staff in those zones
• Circulate the casino, enrolling new members into the program
• Resolve guest issues and expedite service
• Merge Wynn Rewards accounts
• Maintain data integrity in Patron and Opera Systems
• Update player information in Patron and Opera systems

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months past customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated and possesses leadership abilities
• Able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or work cards at all times
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
