WY Director of Conservation Programs

NCLC is looking for a Trails and Facilities Manager. The Trails & Facilities Manager leads essential projects for the North Coast Land Conservancy, including trail creation and maintenance, facility infrastructure upkeep, and mechanical equipment repair/operation. This role collaborates extensively with staff, volunteer committees, and external contractors. The ideal candidate enjoys group problem-solving, possesses strong hands-on technical and mechanical skills, and is comfortable administering contracts, building budgets, securing permits, and working outdoors across all weather conditions to advance NCLC’s mission.
