About the role
Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for an Wirewound Utility Operator on 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am). Overtime is available as needed.
Responsibilities
- Fill in at several operations as needed due to dictating workload, vacations, or sick leave.
- These operations include but are not limited to printing, coating, and tinning.
- Receive order from material handler.
- Assure that print stamp is correct and prints parts per appropriate specification.
- Coat order on appropriate coater as directed by the appropriate specification.
- Tin and wash parts per appropriate specifications.
- Complete and sign necessary paperwork.
- Clean machines and work area as necessary.
Requirements
- A high school diploma
- Three months to one year of experience operating machinery and equipment.
- Ability to accurately interpret specifications.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to handle and lift up to 20 pounds.
