Schedule

• 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
• 2 - 3 weeks of coverage needed per month

Requirements

• Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections required
• Epidural steroid, medial branch blocks, and RFA experience required
• SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injection skills required
• Ultrasound-guided procedures experience required

Qualifications

• Intrathecal pump experience preferred
