About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure efficient and secure operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
  • Improving user experience and functionality of the platform.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the NEOGOV team, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining the security protocols for the platform.
  • Managing user data and ensuring privacy compliance.
  • Optimizing the platform's performance and user interface.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of web development frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
