WS Field Specialist - WIS

About the role

The WS Field Specialist - WIS is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Power Services Drilling (PSD) to Customers. They identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risks during service delivery. Ensuring job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
• Implement standard work
• Manage risks during service delivery
• Execute service delivery
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure company and regulatory standards compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies
• Maintain the required safety training

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma
• CDL, Hazmat Indorsed
