About the role
To work with AbbVie's Global Quality Organization to complete pharmaceutical, medical device and combination product complaints.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System
- Support to ensure all Quality goals are met and all practices and procedures comply with Company policies and applicable regulations
- Ensure investigations of plant events are completed thoroughly and documented accurately and are included in the plant Complaint system
- Perform product impact analyses for plant events and place product on QA hold, when appropriate
- Maintain an effective liaison and cooperative relationship with other Quality areas and departments within the plant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biology, Chemistry or Engineering
- 2+ years of overall experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal relations/communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Quality/Compliance management as well as regulations and standards affecting API, Bulk Drug or Finished Goods manufacturing

Pay
- $65,500 - $125,500 USD
Schedule
- Primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely
- Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely, following the policies and regulations in place at their location
- US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
