About the role

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team providing power washing, painting, and water repellant application services. Our work encompasses a wide range of surfaces and settings, including exterior and interior cleaning, waterproofing, weatherproofing, window cleaning, and maintaining driveways and parking lots.

Responsibilities

• Perform power washing and pressure washing on various exterior and interior surfaces
• Apply water repellant and weatherproofing treatments to buildings and structures
• Execute painting projects for both residential and commercial clients
• Clean windows and glass surfaces to professional standards
• Clean and maintain driveways, parking lots, and other paved areas
• Operate and maintain spraying and pressure washing equipment safely
• Inspect surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning methods and materials
• Prepare surfaces for painting or coating applications

Requirements

• Experience with pressure washing and spraying equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, paints, and water repellant products
• Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift equipment for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Previous experience in power washing, painting, or waterproofing preferred
• Understanding of surface preparation techniques for different materials
• Familiarity with safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment
• Ability to read and follow work orders and specifications
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients on-site

Skills

• Proficiency with pressure washers, sprayers, and other cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of proper dilution and application of cleaning solutions
• Basic repair and maintenance skills for equipment
• Time management and ability to complete jobs efficiently
• Customer service orientation
