Wrestling Coach - Assistant

About the role

The Wrestling Coach - Assistant will support the Green Run High School wrestling program under the guidance of the Principal/SAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the wrestling training regimen.
• Support the team during competitions and meets.
• Work with students to develop their skills and improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in physical education or a related field.
• Experience coaching wrestling at the high school level.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wrestling techniques and rules.
• Experience with student development and behavior management.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
