Responsibilities

• Manage the safety and comfort of guests during outdoor activities.
• Guide guests through various trails and provide educational insights about the natural environment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in outdoor guiding or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or related field.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of local flora and fauna.

Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using trail management software.
• Experience with emergency response procedures.
