Wound Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical wound programs and promote skin integrity
• Perform and guide comprehensive wound assessments
• Develop evidence-based care plans and manage complex wound treatments
• Educate and mentor nursing staff on wound care practices
• Monitor patient risk factors and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure optimal care

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in wound care and skin health management
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
