Wound Care Nurse - Part Time

Role Overview Provides patient care by utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing principles.Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with standards of practice and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.Current RN licensure in the relevant state and/or compact license.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialized unit certifications as required. Additional Information: Maintains professional standards, demonstrates compassion, and adapts to unit-specific needs. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety and quality care practices.
