Responsibilities

As the Wound Care Nurse LVN, you will create a positive resident experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare as part of the clinical team. You will participate in and oversee the provision of resident care related to wound care, ensuring the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service-friendly environment. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team recognized for their achievements and contributions, supporting the mission to provide superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services that meet patients' and residents' wants, needs, and expectations.

Requirements

• Current, valid licensure as an LVN in the state of Texas
• Wound Care Certification preferred
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred
• Management/Supervisory experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal skills required
