Mason Creek Transitional Care of Katy is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (LVN or RN) to join their team. The position offers:

- License required: Texas LVN or RN
Responsibilities
As a Wound Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and managing wound care needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Implementing treatment plans based on patient needs
- Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Current Texas LVN or RN license
- Experience in wound care nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least 1 year of wound care nursing experience
- Knowledge of wound care protocols and treatments
