Wound Care Nurse - LPN-LVN Float - Full Time

About the role

RestorixHealth’s mission is to restore health and improve quality of life. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Wound Care team, you will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process to achieve optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with all disciplines on the assigned unit and provide routine care for the sick or injured in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care grounded in scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice
• Implement physician orders accurately and within appropriate time frames
• Recognize changes in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Prior experience with wound care patients preferred (training provided)
• Experience with billing and coding preferred
