Wound Care Nurse - LPN - Full Time

About the role

RestorixHealth’s mission is to restore health and improve quality of life. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Wound Care unit will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process to achieve optimal outcomes. The LPN works collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other disciplines, providing routine care for sick or injured patients while receiving ongoing training to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence‑based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately and within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in a patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on the assigned unit.
• Participate in continuous coaching, mentorship, and internal educational/training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Prior experience working with wound‑care patients preferred (training will be provided).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Schedule

Monday – Friday schedule, no weekends.
