About the Role
Lead and oversee the wound care program, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the wound care team and manage daily operations
- Evaluate staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage
- Foster communication between clinical staff and administration
- Develop and implement wound care policies and procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience
- Strong leadership and clinical expertise in wound care
Preferred candidates have supervisory experience in wound care and demonstrated leadership in healthcare teams.
